Owner - Liz Rogers
Liz Rogers, owner, has over twenty years of experience in corporate, private and public sector communications. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degrees in Agriculture Education and Animal Science - Marketing. She is also a graduate of the Certified Public Communicator Program at the Texas Christian University - Scheiffer School of Journalism and the FEMA Emergency Management Institute Integrated Emergency Management Course.

Sullivan Family of Companies - Marketing Director
Directed and executed marketing strategies for eight separate operating companies, including a multi-modal shipping facility, a world-class dredging company, disaster response providers and home building / community developer. Responsible for creation of campaigns, all print and web advertising creation and delivery, tracking results of campaign and determining sustainability of marketing efforts.
City of Galveston - Public Information Officer
Responsible for all municipal media management and public relations for City of Galveston. Led procurement and redesign of city website with CivicPlus, maintaining administrative rights to site and managing web content. Created and managed all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) as well as programming for municipal television channel. Primary media liaison for emergency management with expertise in joint incident command procedures.
American Quarter Horse Association - Youth Services Manager and Education Foundation Manager
Managed development efforts for the educational arm of the America Quarter Horse Foundation. Created, maintained and tracked relationships with prospective and current donors, represented Foundation at sanctioned equine events, performed routine and consistent maintenance to donor database and developed targeted, campaign-specific marketing materials.
Marketing Assistant - Madison Sullivan Byrd
Madison Sullivan has a background in the Maritime industry in operations roles. She has since discovered her passion for marketing, and is experienced in marketing for many industries including: Debris Removal, Disaster Recovery/Relief, Spray Foam Insulation, Homebuilding, Marine Terminal, Oil & Gas, and Dredging. She has a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University - Galveston, where she completed specialized coursework in Ships & Shipping, Ocean Transportation, Brokerage & Chartering, Inland Waterways, Labor Law & Policy, Environmental Law, Business Law, and Admiralty Law.

Gained experience and knowledge in liquid and dry bulk shipping industry, management from lower to higher level, marketing a small business internally, and business development.

Scott Pena is our photography and videography partner who captures some of the most powerful visuals in the maritime industry. He has been a part of disaster response documentation projects, vessel and job site images, project portfolios and time-lapse capture. His creativity and solutions-oriented approach makes him the leading creative in this industry!
He specializes in industrial and real estate photography, drone and aerial imagery, and video editing and production.
